ENERGY AUDIT
Know how the building under study works, when and in what
energy is consumed will allow us to know if it is being wasted and what can be done to reduce consumption. With our audit service, you will know:

We will provide you with a detailed report of the current status
of the building and possible improvements:
In the first part of the report, a characterization of the
energy consumption of the building, with a distribution by uses for both electrical energy and thermal energy (how much, when and how?).
In the second part of the report, a description of the
building's main facilities, which account for most of the
energy consumption of the same.
As a result of this report, improvement actions are proposed,
grouped in the different fields of action. For each of them, a study of the energy saving potential is carried out, complemented by an economic valuation with market data, and a study of the simple return period of the investment.

ENERGY MONITORING
For this, the use of adequate tools that facilitate the identification and quantification of all those significant aspects susceptible to improvement, that allow an exhaustive analysis of them, and can even simulate different scenarios to be able to discern between possible solution alternatives, either at the level of the infrastructure itself or of the prices contracted with each supplier, in addition to the new energy regulations and the upward trend in energy costs, it is increasingly necessary to control said expenditure like any other in the company.

CARBON FOOTPRINT
The Carbon Footprint is an ecolabel used to describe the calculation of emissions
of all greenhouse gases associated with organizations, events or activities, or the life cycle of a product to determine its contribution to climate change.

more effective and better targeted cost savings initiatives, all the consequence of a better understanding of the critical points for reducing emissions.

BREAM
LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design)
The LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) certification system is based on the analysis and validation by an independent agent, the US Green Building Council (USGBC), of a series of aspects of each project related to sustainability.
There are several evaluation systems depending on the use and complexity of the buildings. Although initially focused on new buildings, later other evaluation systems have been developed for interior fitting-out works (LEED for Commercial Interiors) or for buildings in operation (LEED Operations and Maintenance). These standards evolve over time, with an improvement criterion that continues to focus on progressively increasing the degree of demand, in parallel with the improvement of aspects related to sustainability in the building industry.
The certification process in the most common modalities (new buildings) takes place during the project and construction phases of the building, obtaining certification at the end of the construction phase. Although there is no requirement to address certification, it is common for project agents to incorporate a specialized advisor.
BREEAM (BRE Environmental Assessment Method)
It is the leading and most widely applied method of environmental assessment of buildings in the world. It sets the standards for the best qualities in sustainable design and has become the benchmark used for a building's environmental performance.
